Tenor Resophonic Guitar

Now here's something different. It's a 4-string tenor with a homemade soundwell and resonator cone. Passive electric (encased internal piezo) with onboard volume. This one has the great juke-joint tone, but is also dandy if you're a banjo wizard. Lonestar Texan tailpiece, 25-inch scale, rustic as hell and just a whole ton of fun.
Long-Scale Pluckin' Pole™
Modified Fingerboard For Blues Players

The scale on this Pluckin' Pole™ is 27 inches. Just for giggles it's got glow-in-the-dark position markers.
Now . . . I'm discounting this one a bit due to a screw-up on my part. The instrument was originally acoustic/electric, however the pickup decided to go bad AFTER the build was completed. Thus, while there is a jack at the bottom of the stick, it is non-working. The price reflects that small defect.
This is a strummer with exceptional sustain and volume thanks to its 11-inch body width, nearly 3-inch sides, and raised, jazz-style neck. The fingerboard is modified (for you dulcimer players out there) with the 1+, 6+ and 8+ frets. This set-up allows for great creativity on old standards and some downright wicked blues.
